Privacy & Safety
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us via email. The personal profile creation on our site keeps track of comments, recommendations and purchase history. As well as the IP address/connection information used to access our site, payment details (including credit card information, name and address), purchase history, and feedback/product reviews. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Refund
Policy
Currently we are only offering refunds when a Preorder item cannot be produced by the desired end date, when an item is defective, and when the refund request comes before production begins.
Once production has begun, only refunds involving defective products will be accepted.
